White to move achieves a draw

Template: checkerboard / maintenance / new

Solution:

1. g6 – g7 + Nf5xg7 1.… Kg8 simply follows 2. Ng4
2. Ne5 – f7 + Kh8 – g8
3. Bf8 – c5! f2 – f1D
4. Nf7 – h6 + Kg8 – h8
5. Bc5 – d6! Qf1 – e1 White pawn and bishop are indirectly covered by the knight fork on f7.
6. Bd6 – e5! The black queen alone can be a Matt not force, so draw .
