The Glen Glacier is a glacier in the East Antarctic Coatsland . It flows south in the Shackleton Range to join the Recovery Glacier west of the Read Mountains .
It was first mapped in October 1957 by participants in the Commonwealth Trans-Antarctic Expedition (1955-1958) under the direction of the British polar explorer Vivian Fuchs . It is named after Alexander Richard "Sandy" Glen (1912–2004), member of the management committee of this research trip.
