Gloria Ferrari Pinney
Gloria Ferrari Pinney (born February 6, 1941 in Bologna ) is an Italian classical archaeologist .
Life
After receiving her PhD with the work Prolegomena to a study of archaic attic red-figure in 1976 at the University of Cincinnati , she taught art history and classical philology at the University of Chicago from 1993 to 1998 . From 1998 to 2003 she taught as a professor of Classical Archeology and Art at Harvard University .
