Godebold II. Count von Henneberg (* before 1079; † February 6, 1144 ) was Burgrave of Würzburg.

Godebold II. Was the son of Poppo I. Graf von Henneberg († 1078 fallen near Mellrichstadt ), Burgrave of Würzburg, and Hildegard of Thuringia. He took over the office of Burgrave of Würzburg from his uncle Godebold I, who presumably had remained sons, Godebold II founded the Veßra Monastery in 1131 after meeting Norbert von Xanten , the founder of the Premonstratensian Order of Preachers , which he and his descendants owned .
