Georges Godier and Alain Genoud were friends since 1967 and shared their passion for motorcycle racing until in 1972 they decided to round up their activities and focus on motorcycle endurance racing. Georges Godier, a trained mechanic, took care of the technology area, while Alain Genoud concentrated on organizing the collaboration. They contested their first races on an Egli with the engine of a Honda CB 750 Four . They won the endurance race in Zolder and achieved top positions at other events.

In 1974, the team changed their strategy and paid attention to advertising for the first time. An acquaintance of the two, Serge Rosset, addressed this issue and asked Honda for financial and material support. After Honda canceled the team, they contacted Kawasaki . Kawasaki recognized the team's ability to focus on their own models and their performance and provided the team with two motorcycles. Although a quick success was not to be expected, the team won the Bol d'Or , Mettet and Barcelona and finally European champions.

In 1975 the team re-entered with an increased budget and a third motorcycle. The motorcycles were designed completely different ( modular construction ) than their predecessors, so that in the event of a defect, the damaged part no longer had to be repaired, but simply the module was replaced in order to save time. The frame was completely redesigned and manufactured by a specialist. The team was also European champion this year.

In 1976 Georges Godier and Alain Genoud withdrew slowly from racing and concentrated fully on the production of motorcycles in Viry. Although the team took part in the European Championships in 1976 and 1977, they were unable to win any more due to the tough competition.
