The Goethestrasse 57 building is a listed residential building in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the south side of Goethestrasse in Magdeburg's Stadtfeld Ost district . Goethestrasse 56 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the west .
Architecture and history
The two and a half storey plastered building was built in 1909 in the Art Nouveau style. Master mason Reinhold Radisch was the owner of the house built by the architect Peter Schneider . Before the eastern half of the facade, there is a box risalit that of one with a mansard roof covered Zwerchhaus is crowned. The building rests on a high basement . The facade is cautiously decorated with garlands in forms of the late Art Nouveau.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a historical building under registration number 094 76701 .
Together with the neighboring houses at Goethestrasse 55 , 56 and 58, the house belongs to a largely closed row of houses near the eastern end of Goethestrasse.
