The building is located in the Süderstadt district south-east of downtown Quedlinburg. The building is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential building.
Architecture and history
The three-storey plastered building was built around 1910. The central risalit of the house has an ornamental gable . The facade has Art Nouveau ornaments in the upper part and in the area of the ornamental gable , which makes the building stand out from the rest of the street scene.
