Gopher Broke is an American animated short film directed by Jeff Fowler in 2004.

action

A ground squirrel digs along a field road and gnaws flower roots and a sign. This tells of a farmer's market nearby and in fact the ground squirrel almost brushes against a truck loaded with tomatoes . The cargo is lurching because of the bumpy road and the ground squirrel decides to help out. It digs a deep pothole in the road and the carrot truck that follows actually loses a single vegetable. However, this is caught and eaten by another rodent. The corn on the cob falling shortly afterwards devour hens. The ground squirrel, on the other hand, has to defend itself against beak blows when it sneaks up on a corn cob.

Vegetables appear to be coming when a truck loses a huge load of crops and the ground is littered with tomatoes and other things. However, a flock of crows does not leave a single piece of vegetable behind. The angry ground squirrel ultimately becomes a victim of what he did: a truck loaded with a cow drives into the pothole and the cow that is thrown into the air lands on the cursing rodent.
