Gora Pronchishcheva ( English transcription from Russian Гора Прончищева Gora Prontschishchewa , German 'Prontschishchev-Berg' ) is a mountain in the East Antarctic Mac-Robertson Land . It rises 5 km southeast of Mount Kirkby in the Porthos Range of the Prince Charles Mountains .
Russian scientists named him. The namesake is not known. Probable namesake is the Russian explorer and polar explorer Wassili Wassiljewitsch Prontschishschew (1702–1736).
