Gottfried Lamprecht

Gottfried Lamprecht (born October 8, 1948 in Völkermarkt ) is an Austrian former football player.

Career

From 1970 to 2008 Lamprecht was employed by the Styrian state government as a contract employee.

Career as a player

Gottfried Lamprecht began his career at the local homeland club VST Völkermarkt and made his debut in the fighting team at the age of 15 in the last division in Carinthia . From the last class he was promoted to the Carinthian League . In the 1968/69 season Gottfried Lamprecht scored 29 goals as a striker, making him the second top scorer in the Carinthian League. After the 1968/69 season, Gottfried Lamprecht moved to SK Austria Klagenfurt in the top division, the National League ( Bundesliga ). For SK Austria Klagenfurt Gottfried Lamprecht played 28 games as a midfielder. After a season at SK Austria Klagenfurt, he moved to Graz to the Grazer AK in 1970 . From 1970 to 1981 Gottfried Lamprecht played, mainly as a defender, for the Grazer AK 280 games and scored eight goals. In 1981 he retired due to injuries.

Career as a coach

After his active career, Gottfried Lamprecht remained loyal to the Grazer AK and coached youth teams for over 10 years and also worked as a youth leader for a few years. Gottfried Lamprecht was with amateur clubs for around 30 years, from 1st class to the Styrian regional league such as B. ESK Graz , FC Gratkorn , SV Übelbach, Sportunion Hitzendorf, TSV Pöllau, USC Bad Blumau, SVU Ragnitz, active as player trainer and coach.
