The Gouvernøren Harbor is a small natural harbor in front of the Danco Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located immediately west of Pythia Island on the east side of Enterprise Island .
Norwegian whalers named him as Guvernørhavna after here in 1916 the whaling ship Guvernoren I havariert was. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee transferred this designation into English in 1960 in a slightly modified form.
