Gräf & Stift VK

The Graf & Pen VK 1 is a passenger car of the middle class , which the automobile company Graf & pin brought out the 1920s. The 1.9-liter car was intended to complement the large SR 2 as a cheaper model .

description

The car had a side-controlled 4-cylinder in-line engine installed at the front, which drove the rear wheels via a 4-speed gearbox. It developed 20 hp (14.7 kW) at 2000 rpm. The maximum speed of the 860 kg vehicle was 80 km / h.

In 1926, Gräf & Stift VK 2 switched to the overhead motor. The now 2 liter engine developed 30 hp (22 kW) at 2800 rpm and accelerated the 900 kg car to up to 90 km / h.

In 1930 the series was discontinued after approx. 800 copies.

A preserved vehicle from 1922 was auctioned for 171,000 euros in 2019 .
