The Gråkjær Arena is a sports center in Holstebro , Denmark .
The hall can accommodate 3,250 spectators and is mainly used as home ground of Handball - Club Team Tvis Holstebro used.

history

On November 10th, 2009 the former mayor Arne Lægaard, the former chairman of the HC Østerby cultural and leisure department and handball players Lars Rasmussen and Kristina Kristiansen laid the foundation stone. The topping-out ceremony was celebrated on June 23, 2010. The hall was opened on February 2, 2011 with a game in the Danish Women's Handball League between Team Tvis Holstebro and Viborg HK . The construction costs were 55 million Danish kroner .
