Grünbein is a place in the greater Bahía Blanca ( Gran Bahía Blanca ) in the Bahía Blanca district ( Partido de Bahía Blanca ) in the Argentine province of Buenos Aires .

Grünbein is located about twelve kilometers from the center of Bahía Blanca, four kilometers southwest of Bahía Blanca's Comandante Espora airport and ten kilometers northeast of Bahía Blanca's port of Ingeniero White .
The place is at the confluence of the Ruta Provincial 51 , which begins in Ramallo in the Partido de Ramallo in the north of the province of Buenos Aires, in the Ruta Nacional 3 , which begins on the Avenida General Paz in Buenos Aires and has a length of 3,063 kilometers connecting the Argentine provinces of Buenos Aires, Río Negro, Chubut, Santa Cruz and Tierra del Fuego, Antártida e Islas del Atlántico Sur .
