Green Alliance (Basel)
The Green Alliance in Basel is an amalgamation of the left-wing Basel parties Green Party Basel-Stadt and Basel's strong alternative (BastA!) . Both parties belong to the Swiss Green Party . In the Basel Grand Council (parliament), the Green Alliance forms the third largest of eight parliamentary groups with 14 out of 100 seats. It holds 2 out of 40 seats in the residents' council of Riehens .
