The Huahong Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (HHGrace) is a Chinese semiconductor manufacturer headquartered in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park in Pudong , Shanghai . The company is a so-called pure-play foundry , which means that it produces semiconductor components on behalf of other companies.
Huahong Grace emerged from the merger of the two foundries Hua Hong NEC Electronics Company (“Hua Hong NEC”) and Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (“Grace”).
HHGrace has three factories. These work with 200 mm wafers and have a production capacity of 140,000 200 mm wafers per month. The range includes technology nodes from 1 μm to 90 nm.
