history
In 1903 the foundation stone for the company was laid with the establishment of Granit Ceslak in Ceslak in Lower Styria (today Cezlak in the municipality of Slovenska Bistrica ). In 1945 the company was reorganized and operated under the name Granit Neumann & Co OHG. In 1973 the company was converted into a limited company
In 1987 the building construction capacities began. Another important milestone in this direction was the founding of the sister company Granit Hoch- und Industriebau Ges.mbH (now Granit Immobilien GmbH).
In 1989 the construction company Herzog was taken over. Since then, the group of companies has been expanded to include several subsidiaries and holdings.
