The Gravel Inlet (of English gravel , boulders' ) is a bay on the Ingrid Christensen Coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth country . In the Vestfold Mountains , it is on the south side of the Ellis Fjord .
The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it after the nature of the beach at the head of the bay.
