The Gray peak is a distinctive, rocky and 2570 m high peaks in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . In the Queen Maud Mountains, it rises 6.5 km northeast of Mount Hermanson on the western flank of the Canyon Glacier .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1966 after Thomas I. Gray Jr., a meteorologist from the Little America V research station south of the Bay of Whales on the Ross Ice Shelf in 1958.
