The Green Hows Upper Tarn is a lake in the Lake District , Cumbria , England .
The lake is west of Windermere and was created by the owners of Graythwaite Hall along with Green Hows Tarn to the north as a private boating and fishing pond.
The lake has a tributary at its south end and a connection to the Green Hows Tarn at its north end.
