Green Range is a small town in the Australian state of Western Australia . It is about 52 kilometers northeast of Albany . The place is located in the traditional settlement area of the Aboriginal tribe of the Mineng .
geography
To the west of the town are Manypeaks and South Stirling , to the north Kojaneerup South and Mettler , and south to Cheynes .
To the east, the Green Range has about 22 kilometers of coastline on the Great Australian Bight . There are the beaches Hassel Beach , Cordinup and South Warrinup .
There are also various nature reserves around the place such as Tinkelelup Nature Reserve , Mullocullop Nature Reserve , as well as Warriup Hill , Warriup Point and South Warriup Creek .
