Kojaneerup South is a place in the Australian state of Western Australia . It is about 62 kilometers north of Albany . The place is located in the traditional settlement area of the Aboriginal tribe of the Mineng .

South-west of the village is South Stirling , South- West Green Range and Mettler , North-West Gnowellen and Wellstead and North-West Takalarup and the Stirling Range National Park .
It is about 20 kilometers as the crow flies to the sea in the southeast. Chillinup Road runs through the village.
