Life
Baxter began his career in the mid-1980s. He made his debut in 1986 with the drama Duet for One by Andrei Sergejewitsch Michalkow-Konschalowski . He worked with directors such as Wolfgang Petersen , Michael Mann , Oliver Stone and Quentin Tarantino . Between 2000 and 2016 he was nominated four times for the Golden Reel Award and was able to win the award in 2010 for Inglourious Basterds . 1994 he was responsible for Cliffhanger - Only the strong survive together with Wylie Stateman for the Oscar in the category Best Sound Editing nominated, but the award went this year to Gary Rydstrom and Richard Hymns for Jurassic Park .
