The Grenke Bank is a German credit institute based in Baden-Baden . The Grenke Bank is a full subsidiary of the financial services provider Grenke AG . It partially takes over the refinancing activities of the parent company. The banking business is fundamentally designed for the national market within Germany and includes financing activities for SMEs and start-ups. In this context, the company cooperates with development banks such as the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau and the L-Bank . In addition, business current accounts and overnight and fixed-term deposits are offered for private customers. The Grenke Bank was created in 2009 through the takeover of Hesse Newman -Bank by Grenke AG. Since the naming rights for Hesse Newman were not sold, the business was renamed at the same time.
