Border between Mozambique and Eswatini

The border between the Kingdom of Eswatini (Swaziland until 2018) and the Republic of Mozambique is 105 kilometers long and runs along the Lebombo Mountains to the Lusutfu River .

The border begins at the northern triangle with South Africa, at the so-called Mpundweni Beacon near Namaacha . From there, the border leads south, crossing the Umbeluzi River , along the Lebombo Mountains to the southern triangle of Abercorn Drift on the border river Lusutfu (later called Maputo ).

Border crossings

There are officially two border crossings between the two states. At the southern border crossing, near Goba, the Linha de Goba railway line also crosses the border.
