The boundary stone is a listed boundary stone in Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

The boundary stone registered in the Quedlinburg monument register is located immediately east of the road 242 from Quedlinburg to Gernrode , about two kilometers south of the Quedlinburg location.

Plant and history

The boundary stone marked the border between Prussia and Anhalt and was erected at the beginning of the 19th century. It is about 60 cm high and rounded at the top. Its floor plan is rectangular. On one side of the stone there is an A for Anhalt, on the other side a P for Prussia.

The stone is considered an important testimony of territorial history.
