history

Even before the dissolution of the Gretna Football Club , supporters of the club founded a new club on July 2, 2008, Gretna Football Club 2008 , usually Gretna 2008 for short , which has no legal ties to the original club, but sees itself in the tradition of the same and for four days after it was founded in the East of Scotland Football League .

Gretna 2008 is a founding member of the Lowland Football League, founded in 2013.

Stadion

The home games were at the beginning of the Ever Holm stage to Annan held. In May 2009 Gretna moved to the “home” Raydale Park in Gretna.

Playing clothes

The original combination of black and white striped jerseys, white shorts and socks was chosen as the playing attire, and FC Gretna bought the rights to the club's crest.
