Grinda ( Norwegian for The Gate ) is a rocky mountain ridge in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . It rises in the Mühlig-Hofmann Mountains just north of Grytøyrfjellet .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named it, mapped it on the basis of surveys and aerial photographs of the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960).
