The Grivitsa Ridge (English; Bulgarian Гривишки хребет Griwischki Chrebet ) is a mainly ice-free, 6.4 km long, 3 km wide and 1100 m high ridge with northwest-southeast alignment at the Nordenskjold Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . With a connection to the northwest to the Detroit Plateau , it is bounded to the north by the Darwari Glacier and to the south by the Sajchar Glacier .
British scientists mapped it in 1978. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2011 after the town of Griviza in northern Bulgaria .
