Grzegorz Kacała (born March 15, 1966 in Gdansk ) is a former Polish rugby union player .
Career
Kacała is one of the most successful rugby union players in Poland. In his youth he played for the Polish rugby clubs RC Lechia Danzig and MKS Ogniwo Sopot . Later, he joined the French professional league and came to intermediate stations at Olimpique Creusot and the FC Grenoble for the rugby club CA Brive used, with whom he in 1997 as the only Pole to Heineken Cup to win and he became in the final man of the match was named . Kacała ended his active career in 2001 with the Welsh rugby club Cardiff RFC .
