Grzegorz Kwiatkowski

Grzegorz Kwiatkowski (born 1984 in Gdansk ) is a Polish poet and singer in the rock band Trupa Trupa .

Life

Grzegorz Kwiatkowski published his first volume of poetry Przeprawa in 2008 . With other books he was nominated twice, in 2009 and 2010, for a literature prize Paszport Polityki . Kwiatkowski plays guitar in the rock band Trupa Trupa . The lyrics of the rock music that he performs are different from those of his poetry.

Kwiatkowski's grandfather was a prisoner in the Stutthof concentration camp . During a visit to the concentration camp in 2015, Kwiatkowski found a half-forgotten shoe warehouse with prisoner shoes and suggested adding these shoes to the museum's collection without generating any particular interest.
