Gucheng (Xiangyang)

Gucheng ( Chinese 谷城县 , Pinyin Gǔchéng Xiàn ) is a district in the Chinese province of Hubei . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Xiangyang . The Gucheng District has an area of 2,553 km² and a population of 550,000. Its main town is the large community of Chengguan (城关镇).
