Game flow

Two candidates compete together in a broadcast. These start with the highest possible winnings of 100,000 euros or 25,000 euros. Six people are introduced to the candidates one after the other. It is now the job of the candidate to determine the age of each individual as precisely as possible. The candidates consult and give a first tip for the age of the person. Then you can choose one of six clues. These clues can help determine the exact age of the stranger. A countdown starts after a few minutes. Before the time runs out, the candidates must press the buzzer and submit a new tip. If the candidates do not press in time, the first presumed age remains logged in. If the candidates guess the age of the stranger correctly, the candidates in the Austrian version receive an additional bonus of 250 euros; in Germany this is 500 euros. This is safe for the candidates. If the age is not correctly estimated, the candidates are deducted money from their capital. How much money is withdrawn depends on the difference between the estimated and the real age of the person:

round Germany Austria
1 round € 1000.00 per year € 200.00 per year
2nd round € 2000.00 per year € 500.00 per year
3rd round € 3000.00 per year € 700.00 per year
4th round € 4000.00 per year € 1000.00 per year
5th round € 5000.00 per year € 1500.00 per year
6th round € 6000.00 per year € 2000.00 per year

The final is about the amount of money earned. A seventh unknown person is introduced to the candidates. Candidates must guess the exact age of the stranger. To do this, the candidate pair has four attempts to estimate the age of the person. A quarter of the winning amount is deducted for each wrong answer. There are also four pointers available to candidates. If the age is not guessed, the candidates will not receive any money (if bonuses have been earned, they will be kept).
