Guggi Hofbauer (real name Victoria Hofbauer , born June 28, 1986 in Vienna ) is an Austrian cabaret artist and presenter .

Life

Hofbauer grew up in Vienna and Lower Austria . After completing a modern language school in Vienna, she studied three semesters Jus and then switched to the study of theater, film and media studies at the University of Vienna , with end of 2010.

In 2012, she premiered her first solo program The Quite Normal Wahnsinn in the Theater am Alsergrund and played Guggi's cabaret chamber for several years , in which she brought new material to the stage at certain intervals. In 2015 she followed her second solo program End with pleasure ?! - Of course not! in "Mike's workshop". With Guggi's cabaret fund , she also started a periodical cabaret stage format with one guest appearance per evening by colleagues mainly from the cabaret and music scene. In 2017 Guggi Hofbauer's third solo program Perfect UNperfekt premiered at the Aera in Vienna, in 2018 her music cabaret program PUR . On March 15, 2019, she presented her cabaret solo Planlos in the Aera .

Guggi Hofbauer writes all of her texts for cabaret and singing herself. In her programs, she unites lovable-crazy cabaret characters with funny songs, stories full of punch lines and funny improvisations. She appears with her programs in Austria and Germany, as well as with individual cabaret programs at company events, birthdays, weddings and celebrations of all kinds. She is also on the road as a presenter.
