Guido Hegener (born December 28, 1984 in Munich ) is a former German short tracker .

Guido Hegener was active for the EHC Klostersee from 1996 to 2005 . At the German championship in 2003 in Oberstdorf he was German champion over 1000 m. From 2000 to 2004 he was a member of the junior national team and was used at the junior world championships in 2001, 2003 and 2004 during this time. His best overall placement was 24th at the Junior World Championships in Beijing . Over the distances of 500 m, 1500 m and 3000 m, he temporarily held the German junior record. From 2004 to 2005 he was a member of the German national team and a soldier in the sports promotion group of the Bundeswehr in Bischofswiesen. He ended his career after the 2004/2005 season. Hegener holds a Master of Science in General Management from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and is professionally active as an internet entrepreneur.
