Guillermo Alberto González Mosquera

Guillermo Alberto González Mosquera (born February 12, 1941 in Popayán , Colombia ) is a Colombian politician. He was governor of the department of Cauca from 2008 to 2011 . In 1997 he was Minister of Defense of his country in the cabinet of Ernesto Samper .
