Gummering (Niederviehbach)
Gummering is a district of the community of Niederviehbach in the Lower Bavarian district of Dingolfing-Landau .

Gummering is located on the right bank of the Isar about one kilometer east of Niederviehbach and about two kilometers west of Loiching .
history
Presumably it is a real Ing-place and thus an early Bavarian settlement in the lower Isar valley. Gummering later belonged to the chairman of Loiching in the Teisbach office of the Teisbach district court. When the communities were formed in 1818/1821 , it became part of the Niederviehbach community .
From 1956 to 1957, the Gummering run- of -river power station was built on the Isar, immediately northwest of the town. In 1987 the hamlet of Gummering had 13 residents.
Attractions
- Filial church St. Andreas. The Romanesque hall church with south tower was built in the 12th / 13th centuries. It was built in the 17th century and extended in the late Gothic style.
