The Gunn Peaks are an isolated group of mountains in southern Palmerlands on the Antarctic Peninsula . They tower 15 km east of Mount Vang .

The United States Geological Survey mapped them on the basis of their own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1961 to 1967. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1968 after the glaciologist Robert C. Gunn, who worked in the Antarctic summer between 1965 and 1966 the Byrd station was operating.
