Gustaf Grefberg
Gustaf Grefberg (born February 18, 1974 in Östersund ) is a Swedish musician and composer of video game music. As a member of the Amiga scene he was known under the name Lizardking. He was a member of Alcatraz , The Silents , Razor 1911 , The Black Lotus and Triton Productions . He also invented the music genre “Doskpop”, which can be heard in his recordings “Doskpop - The Compilation” and “Memorial Songs 1 + 2”.
Today he is employed by Starbreeze Studios . There he wrote the soundtracks of games such as The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay , The Darkness , Enclave , Knights of the Temple , Justice and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons .
He has also worked on projects such as Merregnon and was represented at the 2005 Symphonic Game Music Concert .
His soundtrack from The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay was also named "Soundtrack of the Year 2004" by the editors of the game magazine GameStar .
