Šarūnas Gustainis (born December 15, 1975 in Kaunas ) is a Lithuanian liberal politician from Vilnius , former Seimas member (2015-2016).

Life

After graduating from high school, Gustainis completed a bachelor's degree in business management at the Kaunas faculty of Vilniaus universitetas in 2002 and then a master's degree in English at ISM Vadybos ir ekonomikos universitetas in Vilnius . In 2001 he founded his first company. In 2013 he founded and managed the consulting company “Equitas Partners” as director. From March 24, 2015 to November 13, 2016, he was a Seimas member. He was selected in the Žirmūnai constituency . In the second ballot, he prevailed against conservative politician Radvilė Morkūnaitė-Mikulėnienė . He is a member of the Seimas Economic Committee. He has been a member of the Vilnius Municipality Council since November 2016 .

Since 2006 he has been a member of Lietuvos Respublikos liberalų sąjūdis . He headed the departments in Lazdynai and then in Žirmūnai .

Gustainis is married and has two daughters with his wife.
