Gustav Götz

Stephan Gustav Götz (born April 16, 1979 in Vienna ) is an Austrian radio presenter .

Career

In June 1997 Gustav Götz was doing an internship abroad at Radio Lignano with the tasks of moderation , music programming and news . In April 1998 he started as a presenter for the former Austrian private radio 92.9 RTL Vienna . The change to Ö3 took place on May 2, 1999. He was the director of many programs in the Ö3 daytime program and many of his own programs that were kept under surveillance, such as the Ö3 night flight . This was followed by programs such as Treffpunkt Ö3 , Saturday Night Fever and the Ö3 listener charts and, from 2004, the activity as a presenter of the chart show Ö3 Austria Top 40 . In parallel to the Ö3 Austria Top 40 , he also moderated the show Ö3-Here as the main presenter. On March 14, 2014 Gustav Götz presented his last chart show and after a total of 15 years left his job at Ö3 to devote himself to other things. His successor in the Top 40 is Elke Rock from Graz, who has been with Ö3 since June 2007 . Shortly thereafter, Götz announced a new engagement in the communications team of the Austrian political party Die Grünen - Die Grüne Alternative . He is also the founder of the media agency MediaBrothers together with Armin Rogl , where he is responsible for social media marketing .

Parallel to his job in the Ö3 program, Götz also worked as a DJ and presenter at numerous events .
