Gustav Tobler
Gustav Tobler (born October 6, 1904 in Heiden AR ; died January 21, 1992 in Frutigen ) was a Swiss editor and author .
Life
Tobler was a writer and Adventist . From 1946 until his retirement in 1975 he was an editor and until 1968 the director of Advent Verlag in Zurich . As editor of the magazine Leben und Gesundheit , he wrote numerous articles on health and life issues. For many years he was in charge of the Our Medicinal Herb Garden column . His three-volume work Lebenswerter Leben was particularly popular , a selection from over 300 reflections that Gustav Tobler wrote from 1952 to 1985 under the name S. Traugott for the second page of the magazine Leben und Gesundheit . In these articles Tobler tries to give Christian help in life for people of all ages.
His children's books as well as a number of his books on health, marriage and religious issues have become known to a wide audience.
