The Gutenberg Glacier is a 13 km long glacier in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . In the Holyoake Range of the Churchill Mountains, it flows northwest between Mount Hubble and Mount Richter to the Starshot Glacier .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 2003 after the German seismologist Beno Gutenberg (1889-1960), who was involved in 1935 in the development of the Richter scale to determine the strength of earthquakes.
