The Gymnasium Korschenbroich (short: GyKo) founded in 1976 is a municipal high school for boys and girls in secondary levels I and II in the city of Korschenbroich .
The headmaster is Andreas Müller, his deputy is Alexandros Syrmoglou. 65 teachers teach and 845 students study at the school (as of 2018). After the failure of the G8 school type, the grammar school decided at a school conference on November 5, 2018 to return to the G9 school type, i.e. the Abitur after the thirteenth grade.

Students at the Korschenbroich grammar school have won prizes and awards in the fields of physics and mathematics in recent years.
For career and study orientation, the school requires company internships in the introductory phase and offers information events, for example a vocational training fair and an open day every year. Cooperation partners are the Federal Employment Agency , the District Youth Welfare Office, Caritas , the FOM - University of Economics and Management , the local sports clubs KLC and TVK and the care service Flummigumm.
Facilities
The school has a cafeteria and offers all-day care. In the auditorium there are regular performances by associations and groups, as well as comedy and cabaret events by the Korschenbroich Cultural Office.
