The Kaunas University of Technology Gymnasium ( lithuanian Viešoji įstaiga Kauno technologijos universiteto gimnazija ) than high school , a state school of general education in Lithuania 's second largest city Kaunas , in the district Gričiupis . There are 38 staff (teachers) and 273 students. There are entrance exams for mathematics .

history

In 1989 the Experimental Middle School of the Kaunas Polytechnic Institute was founded. There were three classes at that time. The school was located in the rooms (on the 3rd floor) of the building faculty of the Polytechnic Institute. In 1992 the first high school graduates passed their final exams and the school became an experimental grammar school. In 1997 the grammar school got a new building.
