Héctor Cárdenas Rodríguez

Héctor Cárdenas Rodríguez (* 1936 in Monterrey ) is a former Mexican diplomat .

Life

Héctor Cárdenas Rodríguez studied law at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León from 1953 to 1958. From 1960 to 1962 he earned a master's degree in political science at the University of Paris . He joined the foreign service in 1963 and headed public relations at the Mexican embassy in London.

In 2004 he was an employee of the Financiera Rural
