Hélder Miranda
Hélder António Duarte Miranda (born February 23, 1979 in Torres Vedras ) is a Portuguese cyclist .
Helder Miranda began his career in 2002 with the Porta da Ravessa cycling team . In his first year there, he won a stage at Porto-Lisboa. In 2004 he switched to Wurth-Bom Petisco and since 2005 he has been driving for the Portuguese Continental Team Riberalves . There he won the two one-day races Circuito de São Bernardo and Circuito de Alcobaça . In 2006 he became national champion in the individual time trial , and he won the Circuito do Restaurante Alpendre and, for the second time, the Circuito de Alcobaça . In the 2007 season he drove for the Professional Continental Team Benfica Lisbon .
