Hıncal Uluç (born November 1, 1939 in Kilis ) is a Turkish journalist. He studied political history in the United States and has worked for the Turkish daily Sabah for several years .

Uluç is the highest earning journalist in Turkey. He can also be found regularly as a jury member at beauty contests . According to the press, beauty pageants are "indispensable without him".

In addition, Hıncal Uluç is also active in the sports discussion group “90 Dakika” (Turkish for “90 minutes”), which is broadcast weekly by NTV and has won several awards as “Turkey's best sports program”.
