The Hōkūkano-ʻUalapuʻe Complex is a prehistoric site in Hawaii .
It is located on several lots off Hawaii Route 45 on Moloka'i Island . The Hōkūkano-ʻUalapuʻe Complex contains two fish ponds and six Heiaus , which are Hawaiian temples. On December 29, 1962, the Hōkūkano-ʻUalapuʻe Complex became a National Historic Landmark . On October 15, 1966, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places as a Historic District .
