Hans-Hugo Kremer (* 1965 ) is a German business educator and holder of the professorship for business education , in particular media didactics and further education at the University of Paderborn .

Life

H.-Hugo Kremer completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk from 1984 to 1987. From 1986 to 1989, while working in finance and accounting, he studied economics at the Distance University in Hagen . From there he moved to the University of Cologne , where he studied business education from 1989 to 1992 and completed his studies as a business teacher. From 1992 to 1996 he was a research assistant at Martin Twardy's chair for economic and social education . Cologne moved Kremer as a research assistant at the Department of Economic and Social of Peter FE Sloane at theLudwig Maximilians University of Munich . In 1997 he received his doctorate there on the subject of media development - theoretical modeling and didactic application . From 2001 to 2002 he was research assistant at Peter FE Sloane's research and teaching unit for business education at the University of Paderborn . In 2002 he completed his habilitation there on the subject of implementation of didactic theory - designing innovations . Also in 2002 he accepted a professorship for business education at the University of Konstanz . Since 2004 he has held the professorship for business education, especially media didactics and advanced training, at the University of Paderborn. Since 2011 he has been the Dean of Studies at the Faculty of Economics there.

Research priorities

H.-Hugo Kremer's research focuses on the areas of media didactics: media reception and development in and for blended learning and the implementation of complex learning environments, in particular the implementation of the learning field concept and, in recent years, increased individual support in vocational training on micro-, meso - and macro-didactic level . Kremer follows a research approach in practical application contexts. Accordingly, he has scientifically accompanied numerous school and company model experiments . He is co-founder and current spokesman of the cevet - center for vocational education and training , an interdisciplinary association of researchers from the fields of vocational and business education , economics, business administration and psychology.
